Once the service has started, no refund will be provided
All advance payments are non-refundable
No refunds will be issued for completed work, partial work, or ongoing services
Digital marketing outcomes depend on various external factors, and therefore dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
The service has not yet started, and a refund request is made within a reasonable time
The project is cancelled solely by Loc2Glob before service initiation
All such refund requests are subject to internal review and approval by management.
Refunds will not be issued in cases including but not limited to:
Delay caused by the client in providing information, approvals, or access
Change of mind after service initiation
Dissatisfaction due to algorithm updates, competition, or market conditions
Suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Transaction or gateway charges, if any, may be deducted
